Adult & Child Health seeks a skilled clinical supervisor to oversee daily client care, staff oversight, and program operations in behavioral health services. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with community agencies, managing budgets, and leading QM improvements while maintaining weekly contact hours and treatment planning.

Candidates should have a Master’s in social work or related field with supervisory experience and a commitment to high-quality client care

Formación

• Masters or higher in a related field and 3+ years supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Alternative: Bachelors + 4+ years supervisory experience; 2+ years in substance use disorder treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members, identifying strengths/weaknesses and maintaining weekly supervision records.
• Develop evolving programmatic schedule to meet client needs while respecting client rights and responsibilities.
• Coordinate services with outside agencies to provide comprehensive client/patient care for families.
• Adhere to program budget, review service delivery, and manage expenditures.
• Respond to crises and ensure incident reporting per policy.
• Lead QM measurement system to promote continuous improvement as a team.
• Secure referrals and ensure appropriate agency collaborations.
