Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for counselors. You will guide treatment planning, supervise sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This on-site role emphasizes patient-centered care and team development.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with early hours and a bonus structure. A supervisory LADC credential is required, with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must hold applicable licensure and regulatory compliance (LADC Supervisor).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and ongoing coaching to counselors, helping them grow professionally while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that support patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Complete required counseling sessions in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient''s goals and progress.
• Oversee case management activities, ensuring timely follow-up and coordinated care.
• Collaborate with community providers and respond to crisis situations with professionalism and sound clinical judgement.
• Help introduce and implement new clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient records and clinical documentation are accurate, timely, and complete.
• Conduct peer chart reviews to support documentation quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous clinical improvement.
• Monitor the quality of clinical services and provide constructive feedback that promotes best practices.
• Lead weekly supervision meetings and mentor counselors through observation, case consultations, and documentation review.
• Facilitate treatment team meetings for coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Deliver training on emerging trends and evidence-based practices.
