Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sr Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies to provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support for Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic systems. The role is field-based, requires residence in the territory and travel to accounts; a valid driver’s license is essential.

You will build customer relationships, deliver training, install software/hardware upgrades, and contribute to reports while adhering to Quality System requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 8 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience (High School Diploma or GED path).
• Associate’s Degree + 6 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s + 4 years of relevant experience are acceptable alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations.
• Provide technical assistance during procedures and maintain system performance.
• Install software and hardware upgrades and perform system maintenance.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures.
• Generate and share reports to support service improvement.
