Job summary

Medtronic plc in Minneapolis seeks a Sr Clinical Specialist in Enabling Technologies to provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support for Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery products. Travel 25% and on-site installations with customers are expected.

You will train physicians and hospital staff, maintain system performance, and serve as the primary liaison for repair and support while adhering to quality and ethics policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required with 8+ years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
Associate's Degree with at least 6 years of clinical experience required

Responsibilities

Coordinate, support and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations
Provide clinical and technical support during technology-enabled procedures
Maintain and upgrade system hardware/software for optimal performance
Perform software/hardware installations and preventative maintenance
Train physicians and hospital staff on technical aspects of procedures
Serve as primary liaison for repair and technical support issues
Prepare weekly site visit and customer contact reports
Ensure compliance with Quality System and company policies
