Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to shape the clinical strategy for Post Go-Live Readiness. You will lead readiness content, guide onsite and virtual events, and collaborate with informatics, clinicians, and leadership to ensure successful EHR transitions.

You will oversee design and execution of readiness programs, drive adoption, and lead process improvements to enhance clinical workflows across sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or MBA (preferred).
• RN or clinical licensure (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required).
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of readiness series for post go-live support.
• Provide clinical leadership to site teams for EHR sustainment after go-live.
• Identify risks and issues with project manager and mitigate post-go-live challenges.
• Serve as clinical liaison between informatics, clinicians, and leadership for alignment.
• Ensure project deliverables are executed on time addressing clinical considerations.
• Develop strategic informatics plans to ensure smooth transitions across clinical teams during go-live.
• Educate informatics teams on sustainment processes post-implementation.
• Lead rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events.
• Support adoption of new workflows by end users and super users for long-term success.
