Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Site Project Manager to oversee site-specific Post Go-Live Transition Readiness projects. Responsibilities include managing the client relationship, coordinating the local project plan, and driving informatics readiness to assume ownership of EHR support.

The role emphasizes consultative client advisement, reporting deliverables, and close collaboration with the Oracle Health Readiness Team to ensure successful deployment at the site level.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team
• Manage the site-specific project plan and timeline and drive local site Informatics to success in preparing them for their roles Post Go-Live
• Present content and drive execution of the Readiness Support Methodology at a local level
• Own coordination of the Event-Driven methodology with internal and external stakeholders for specified site(s)
• Work closely with internal Engagement Management Team on Deployment schedules and events
• Coordinate and manage all site call and event execution
• Responsible for tracking the timeline for IMS Updates to the VISN PM
• Responsible for tracking the timeline of PGL events for the MPR to report back to VISN PM
