Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Senior EHR Solutions Trainer & Subject Matter Expert (Clinical / Revenue Cycle) to support federal healthcare clients in the United States. You will design and deliver clinical training, translate complex workflows into practical content, and guide adoption during deployments and go-lives.

Travel up to 100% is required; candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, learning and development, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Six or more years of relevant clinical, healthcare training, consulting, or EHR experience.
• Current professional clinical license, such as a Registered Nurse license, and hands-on clinical practice.
• Experience delivering EHR training and applying adult learning principles in healthcare settings.
• Experience coaching learners or trainers and supporting end-user adoption.
• Experience working with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the government clearance required for the assignment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for learners with different roles, skill levels, and learning needs.
• Support deployments, go-live activities, and ongoing adoption efforts.
• Translate complex clinical and technical workflows into practical training content.
• Coach trainers and improve training quality and consistency across the program.
• Measure training metrics and report progress to project teams and leaders.
• Align training with solution design and business goals and manage risk.
