Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Business Operations Readiness Analyst to bridge system development and deployment for a large Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR implementation.

You will validate go-live readiness, ensure accurate testing, training, and data conversion, and serve as the primary liaison across national and local teams. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business analysis, QA, or healthcare testing.
• Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform in Registration/Scheduling.
• Knowledge of QA, UAT, and functional validation principles.
• Deep understanding of patient access workflows.
• Federal consulting or DoD/VHA/MHS experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.
• Must be a United States Citizen and comply with client health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between national design teams and local deployment sites for readiness.
• Guide stakeholders through functional validation to meet operational needs.
• Assist SMEs in final readiness assessments and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead functional validation of testing scope and scripts for key workflows.
• Review training materials for accuracy and clarity against system build.
• Validate defect resolutions from end-user perspective.
• Support cutover scope validation for migrated Registration/Scheduling data.
• Manage change-management materials to support user adoption.
