Job summary

Archer collaborates with Oracle to connect top talent for a pivotal Lead Clinical Consultant role in the United States. You will shape clinical strategy for Post Go-Live readiness, lead readiness content, and guide onsite and virtual events to ensure value realization.

You’ll work across informatics teams, healthcare providers, and leadership to drive adoption and optimize clinical workflows. The role requires strong leadership in clinical informatics, project management, and change management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or health informatics field is required.
• Master’s degree in health informatics/public health/BA is preferred.
• RN or other clinical licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series.
• Provide clinical leadership to site teams for EHR sustainment post go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues in post-go-live support.
• Serve as clinical liaison between informatics, providers, and leadership.
• Partner with Project Manager to ensure timely project deliverables.
• Develop strategic readiness plans for smooth EHR go-live transitions.
• Educate informatics teams on sustainment processes post-implementation.
• Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events.
• Support adoption of new workflows by end users and super users.
