Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Clinical Consultant to drive customer engagement through clinical and business process design, workflow optimization, and technology adoption. You will manage ongoing customer relationships, provide clinical subject matter expertise, and guide change management using Oracle’s implementation approach to achieve defined outcomes.

The role focuses on Oncology/Hematology with broad clinical knowledge, and requires coordinating with federal customers and Oracle teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and RN license.
• At least 8 years of total related work experience including 5 years licensed practice and 3 years Oncology/Hematology clinical experience.
• At least 1 year clinical consulting and/or HCIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and adoption to achieve value.
• Coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews; facilitate business process change.
• Support change management to ensure successful end-user adoption.
• Engage with Federal customers and Oracle clinical/technical teams.
