Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to provide advanced clinical expertise supporting high-performance operational environments. This role delivers psychological assessment, consultation, performance optimization, and resilience services to enhance workforce readiness, organizational effectiveness, and mission success.

The position is pending upon contract award and requires U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology with 10+ years of experience, or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives.
• Develop and enhance assessment methodologies to support workforce objectives.
• Conduct and interpret individual, team, and organizational assessments with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.
• Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address challenges and achieve goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.
