Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of related professional experience.
  • Master's degree in Psychology with 8+ years of related experience or a PhD with 6+ years.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to support objectives.
  • Conduct and interpret individual, team, and organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.
  • Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.

Education

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives.

  • Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to support organizational and workforce objectives.
