Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to deliver comprehensive psychological services for SOF, enhancing mission readiness, resilience, and performance. The role supports selection, assessment, and performance enhancement while addressing the mental health needs of service members and families.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance or eligibility, and residency near preferred locations.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Two or more years of peer-reviewed clinical practice in a mental health setting.
• APA-accredited internship/residency in psychology.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychological consultation to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs and initiatives.
• Develop assessment methodologies to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and inform decisions.
