Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. The role supports a sponsor-dedicated, remote-US assignment with accountability for delivering a Phase 2b study from startup through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and drive trial execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout; full lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b studies in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to independently drive study execution in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities within matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain deep operational awareness across all aspects of the trial; work in the weeds when needed.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement rapid operational solutions.
• Lead vendor management activities and ensure performance against timelines and quality.
