The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of clinical project management experience, a deep understanding of the full lifecycle, and the ability to drive study progress with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running complex Phase 2b inflammation studies.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to independently drive study execution in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional clinical trial activities in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement operational solutions quickly.
• Lead vendor management activities and oversight of external partners and CROs.
