Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation-focused, sponsor-dedicated program. This remote-US only role emphasizes end-to-end trial leadership, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive study execution from start-up through closeout, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b inflammation studies and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from startup through closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
• Draft and maintain study documents, budgets, and operational plans.
• Mentor team members and operate effectively in a matrixed global environment.
