Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote role (US only) emphasizes end-to-end trial execution from start-up to closeout in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage CROs, and drive study progress with strong operational leadership. This role offers significant ownership within a global program and visibility across Clinical Operations and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management in clinical research.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Proven ability to independently drive study execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up through database lock and closeout.
• Manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor or support junior team members as needed.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement operational solutions quickly.
• Lead vendor management activities and oversee CROs.
