Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager II for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote-US role leads study execution from start-up through closeout in a fast-paced environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on milestones.

The ideal candidate will manage timelines and risks, oversee vendors, and maintain regulatory and operational excellence across the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience with inflammation therapeutic area and CRO/vendor oversight.
• Strong ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinical trial execution from start-up to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-up.
• Oversee vendor/CRO activities and ensure timelines and quality.
