Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager II – Inflammation for a sponsor-dedicated, remote US role. You will lead end-to-end study execution, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of a Phase 2b inflammation program.

The role requires strong operational leadership, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to trial management in a fast-paced environment. Global collaboration and accountability are key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Full lifecycle management from start-up to closeout.
• Experience with complex Phase 2b inflammation studies.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight.
• Ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in cross-functional matrixed teams with strategic and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical trial execution from start-up to database lock and closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement rapid operational solutions.
• Oversee vendor management activities and external partner performance.
