Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to supervise the United Mental Health Promoter (UMHP) team and ensure high-quality care within DMH guidelines. Based in North County, you will coordinate operations, staff development, and program compliance.

Under the VP of Mental Health Services, you will lead recruitment, budgeting, and performance monitoring, while maintaining strong collaboration with departments and community partners.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in a nonprofit social service agency providing direct services to members.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role required.
• Current LPS designation or qualify within 9 months.
• Strong facilitation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration abilities with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight to the UMHP Team, ensuring excellent care and DMH compliance.
• Coordinate and lead staff meetings, case conferences, and internal planning sessions.
• Partner on recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring new staff.
• Provide ongoing direction, support, and team-building activities.
• Ensure the program meets budget and billing goals across funding streams.
• Oversee performance goals per DMH UMHP grant and program documentation standards.
• Attend planning and administrative meetings; support staff development and cross-department collaboration.
