Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager II/Patient Insights Ops Manager in the United States to lead interdisciplinary clinical studies while ensuring GCP and regulatory compliance. You will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination, acting as the primary client liaison to secure timely study milestones.

The role calls for strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and travel roughly 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to work independently.
• Direct therapeutic area expertise and comfort with new technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills; travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project as a project manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research studies with compliance to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
• Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Accountable for financial performance of each project and coordination of study conduct partners; proactively identify and manage issues.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP and regulatory requirements; maintain quality and completeness of TMF for assigned projects.
• Maintain study information across databases and systems; manage inspection readiness and project plans.
• Plan, coordinate and present at internal and external meetings; prepare project management reports for clients and management.
• Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies; build relationships with current clients for future business.
