Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing or scientific field.
• 12+ years pharma/clinical research experience.
• 10+ years leading global clinical studies and driving strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operational strategy for programs and ensure timely execution of studies.
• Develop budgets, resource plans, timelines; balance trial design complexity with speed.
• Evaluate risks and mitigations to asset strategy; propose strategic options for leadership.
• Influence cross-functional teams and management to achieve program objectives.
• Oversee external budget management for portfolios up to hundreds of millions.
• Guide study initiation through completion across Phases I–IV; ensure quality and compliance.
