Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or scientific field.
• 12+ years Pharma-related/clinical research experience.
• 8 years in clinical research demonstrating leadership competencies.
• Proven ability to lead a global team on multiple complex studies.
• Coaching/mentoring and remote management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clinical operational strategy and ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, with quality.
• Translate asset strategy into operational execution by connecting science with business and patients.
• Identify risks and mitigations at program level to achieve asset strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and represent Clinical Development Operations at senior meetings.
• Oversee external budget management across portfolio (20–200 million dollars).
• Mentor study managers and build talent for Development Operations.
• Foster inclusive, innovative environment to enable study success.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, global regulations, and AbbVie policies.
