Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or science; related experience acceptable with RN/associate.
• 12+ years pharma/clinical research experience.
• 10+ years leading global clinical studies and strategy.
• Experience in risk management and strategic execution.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and remote leadership.
• Subject matter expert in ICH, global regulations, and ethics.
• Experience in study initiation through multiple phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical operational strategy and oversee study execution.
• Create timelines, enrollment options, and assess patient population.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations for asset strategies.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Develop costs, resource projections, and timelines for programs.
• Review clinical operations input for regulatory documents.
• Manage external budget across portfolio (20–200 million USD).
• Lead large cross-functional improvements and change management.
• Mentor staff and develop leaders within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and global regulations.
