Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field.
• CRO experience required.
• Proven experience managing trials end-to-end.
• Hands-on trial execution and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage clinical studies from startup through closeout.
• Lead operational and financial execution of Phase II/III trials.
• Act as primary sponsor liaison and manage stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP, ICH guidelines and SOPs.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Mentor junior project managers and support staff.
• Support business development opportunities through project delivery.
