Job summary

ERC Pathlight, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee counseling staff, set clinical strategy, and deliver patient-centered services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with partners, and maintain program quality across clinics and virtual programs.

The role demands a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure, and 5+ years of relevant clinical experience, with ED exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field (required).
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar licensure (required).
• 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma (required).
• If location is ED-focused, 5+ years with eating disorders and understanding of ED treatment (required).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the service model and strategy, supervising staff, and coordinating with community resources.
• Leads clinical team to maximize coordination and troubleshoot challenges; implements new services strategies.
• Assigns patients to counselors and monitors caseload distribution.
• Oversees case file management, monthly tracking, and management reports.
• Provides counseling and facilitates group activities per patient needs and program expectations.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and joint commission standards across the department.
