Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar) in the assigned state is required.
• 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders is required.
• 2+ years of management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model and strategy and supervising staff.
• Provides leadership of clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration among staff.
• Assigns patients to counselors and monitors service quality and reports to management.
• Oversees case files, tracking reports, and ensures compliance with policies.
• Develops training protocols and maintains HIPAA and Joint Commission compliance.
