Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Austin is seeking a Clinical Manager to supervise the counseling staff and lead the clinical team in delivering patient-centered services for mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders. The role requires a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field (required).
• Active licensure in state where assigned (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or similar) (required).
• 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders (required).
• Experience with clinical treatment of mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders (required).
• If working at an eating disorder location, 5+ years with eating disorders (required).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the counseling services and clinical team.
• Supervises counseling staff and coordinates with community resources.
• Monitors service quality, case files, and reporting to management.
• Delivers counseling and facilitates group activities as needed.
• Recruits, trains, and supports staff in achieving goals and adherence to policies.
• Ensures HIPAA and Joint Commission compliance.
• Partners with Executive Management on budgeting and strategic planning.
