Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Seattle, WA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead counseling services and the clinical team. You will supervise staff, shape service delivery, and ensure HIPAA compliance while aligning with the organization’s mission to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

The role requires a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or similar) in Washington, and at least 5 years’ experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders, or trauma-related disorders.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar licensure in state where assigned is required.
• 5+ years of working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders is required.
• If working at an eating disorder location, 5+ years working specifically with eating disorders is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services and defines the counseling model and strategy.
• Leads the clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration and implements new services strategies.
• Manages patient assignment to counselors and ensures quality of service delivery.
• Recruits, trains and sets goals for staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and participates with executive management on quality initiatives.
