Role requires a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or equivalent), and 5+ years from mood, anxiety, eating disorders or trauma work. On-site, full-time with collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field (required).
• Active licensure in state (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or similar) (required).
• 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma (required).
• Experience with eating disorder settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services and defines service model.
• Leads clinical team coordination and partnerships with community resources.
• Oversees case file management, monthly tracking, and reports to management.
• Delivers counseling and facilitates group activities as needed.
• Trains staff, sets goals, and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures quality and HIPAA/compliance across services.
• Develops budget and participates in strategic planning.
• Implements training protocols and cross-department collaboration.
