Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Seattle, WA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead counseling services, supervise staff, and drive high-quality patient care across mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma programs.

You’ll partner with Executive Management to shape clinical strategy, manage the department budget, ensure HIPAA and Joint Commission compliance, and support staff development. This is a full-time onsite role requiring licensure and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field.
• Active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar).
• 5+ years in mood, anxiety, eating disorders or trauma work.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model and strategy, supervising and managing staff, identifying and coordinating with community resources as appropriate, and tracking and monitoring service implementation to ensure high‑quality, relevant, patient‑centered service delivery aligned with mission and goals
• Provides leadership of clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration among staff, troubleshoot challenges, and identify and implement new services strategies, community partnerships or resource needs as appropriate
• Recruits, trains and assists staff in setting individual goals and objectives; promotes a positive and supportive work environment; conducts performance appraisals
