Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Denver is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the counseling team at our inpatient facility. You will supervise staff, shape service delivery, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires a graduate degree in mental health, active licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMHC or similar), 5+ years in mood/anxiety/eating disorders/trauma, and supervisory experience. You’ll collaborate with leadership to maintain HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC or equivalent licensure in the assigned state is required.
• 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma.
• Experience with eating disorders is required if at an eating disorder location.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model and strategy, supervising and managing staff.
• Leads clinical team to maximize coordination and implement new services strategies and partnerships.
• Assigns patients to counselors and monitors service quality and reporting.
• Provides counseling and facilitates group activities and completes caseload tracking.
• Recruits, trains and coaches staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Ensures quality, compliance, and budget adherence; aligns with organizational goals.
• Ensures HIPAA and Joint Commission standards and acts as liaison internally and with the broader professional community.
