Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a clinician delivering preschool early intervention services.
• Active discipline-specific license and/or certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit and maintain Early Intervention Job Requisitions.
• Complete interview process to place EI candidates in open positions.
• Issue employment agreements and complete associated activities.
• Data entry and candidate management in required systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to align on candidates and requirements.
• Follow up to move candidates through interview and onboarding stages.
• Support candidate onboarding with the Nyman onboarding team.
• Assist with partner onboarding requirements.
• Support university outreach, conferences and career fairs.
• Provide clinical support to EI team in Philadelphia County.
• Schedule and facilitate Therapeutic Options training and track completion.
