Eleutheria is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead for Early Intervention to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and clinical support across field operations in the Philadelphia area. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of EI clinical experience, hold a discipline-specific license, and excell in communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a clinician delivering preschool early intervention services.
• Active discipline-specific license and/or certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solution-focused approach; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Submit and maintain Early Intervention job requisitions.
• Interview and place EI candidates in open positions.
• Issue employment agreements and complete onboarding activities.
• Manage candidate documentation and data entry in required systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting to align on candidates and position requirements.
• Follow up to move candidates through interview and onboarding processes.
• Support onboarding teams and partner onboarding requirements.
• Assist university outreach, conferences and career fairs.
• Support clinical and mentorship initiatives for new graduates.
• Provide clinical support to EI team in Philadelphia County.
• Schedule and facilitate Therapeutic Options trainings and track completion data.
• Oversee ECO data monthly compliance.
• Disseminate information to field staff and assist with service delivery initiatives.
