Job summary

Natera is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II to join the Foresight Dx team in Boulder, CO. You will perform end-to-end processing of samples for downstream NGS, including extraction, library prep, hybrid capture, sequencing, and QC with guidance from leadership.

The role requires a strong molecular biology foundation, ASCP certification, and CLIA licensure, with focus on quality, safety, and process improvements in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• ASCP board certification required; CLIA licensure generally applicable.
• Experience with DNA biology and molecular techniques essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex diagnostic lab testing on patient samples.
• Provide guidance to non-licensed staff for pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical tasks.
• Interpret data according to procedures and guidelines, ensure QA/QC.
• Assist with data entry, sample receiving, reagent prep, and documentation.
• Participate in instrument calibrations, maintenance and improvements.
• Support integration of new assays and launch logistics with leadership.
