Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist in Winslow, AZ. The role encompasses routine and high-complexity testing across hematology, immunohematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry, microbiology, and serology.

You will oversee the laboratory section, ensure quality control, and assist in method evaluation. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, ASCP/AMT certification, and at least three years of high-complexity experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in clinical/medical science or related field.
Three years of high-complexity testing experience in hematology, immunohematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry, microbiology, serology.
ASCP or AMT certification required.
Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and high complexity tests across multiple subspecialties.
Provide oversight to assigned laboratory section and ensure quality control and inventory.
Evaluate testing procedures and specimen suitability for analysis.
Maintain records for QA, proficiency programs, and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with medical staff and provide laboratory consultations.
