Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Lab Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in California, ensuring production goals are met and processes run efficiently. You will oversee quality control programs, audits, and regulatory compliance while collaborating across OPS, Engineering, R&D, and statistics teams.

The role requires a CA CLS/CGMBS license or eligibility, plus 6+ years of clinical lab experience, with CAP/NYSDOH supervisor delegation eligibility.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
• 6+ years in a clinical lab environment; molecular diagnostics knowledge preferred; eligible for CAP General Supervisor and NYSDOH supervisor delegation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow to meet production goals, deadlines, TAT and SLA.
• Plan future staffing and equipment needs; drive interview processes and manage PTO/overtime.
• Track production metrics: deadlines, efficiency, scrap, error rates, and cost quality.
