Natera is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to work closely with the manager to meet team goals and ensure high quality work is completed timely.

You will oversee staffing, training, SOP updates, QA/Training collaboration, HIPAA/PHI/privacy compliance, CAPA investigations, and performance reviews while coordinating with OPS, Accessioning, Engineering, Stats, and R&D in a dynamic genetic testing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical lab setting.
• BS/BA in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Current ASCP board certification or equivalent state licensure.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day staffing, scheduling, and sample run planning.
• Ensure production work meets department goals and quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Maintain HIPAA/PHI privacy compliance and incident remediation.
• Coordinate CAPA investigations and root-cause analysis with teams.
