Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Laboratory Science, Clinical Science or related field.
• At least eight years of Clinical Laboratory experience or equivalent high complexity and volume laboratory experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor molecular testing and QC data; review SOPs and remedial actions.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed laboratory staff; ensure training adherence.
• Lead quality assurance activities, audits and inspections; document corrective actions.
• Support scheduling, troubleshooting, and daily operations of the lab.
