Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead policy development, workflow standardization, and enterprise AI/Epic assessments within a clinical IT environment. You will coordinate across clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Epic teams, and governance to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and measurable outcomes.

The role requires five years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience required.
• Clinician background preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise policy development, governance, and implementation for clinical workflows and EHRs.
• Translate requirements into actionable, policy-driven EHR configurations across care settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, applicability, and adherence.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among clinical, operations, informatics, Epic analysts, and governance bodies.
