Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations professional to support posture, training, and implementation of its products and services in multi-site environments. The role focuses on post-sale assessment, training, and workflow change management to maximize adoption and customer value.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, 6–8 years in related fields, OR management experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Intraoperative nursing experience preferred.
• Operating room management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical operations activities in multi-site settings.
• Provide training and education on Cardinal Health products and services.
• Participate in post-sales optimization and customer training programs.
• Deliver live/virtual trainings and develop clinical tools for customers.
