Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Clinical Operations professional to lead post-sales assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of new products and services across multi-site environments. You will develop and deliver customer training programs, mentor staff, and drive adoption to improve profitability.

The role requires up to 80% travel, RN license, OR management experience, and strong MS Office skills to support webinars, clinical articles and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred and RN licensed.
• 80% travel is required to support multi-site environments.
• Intraoperative nursing and OR management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred.
• Must provide immunization proofs including Hepatitis B, Flu, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to develop webinars, articles, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cardinal Health Brand in and out of channel with increased product penetration.
• Conduct Live/Virtual trainings for external/internal customers and provide clinical knowledge tools.
• Participate in program reviews to promote efficiencies, safety standards and cost savings.
• Support top accounts with clinical input to identify growth opportunities and conduct large-scale evaluations/implementations.
• Assist in launching new products and improve product mix and profitability through program reviews.
• Lead complex projects independently and mentor junior staff.
