hellocare.ai is hiring a Clinical Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of our AI-driven virtual care platform in health systems. You will enable clinical staff, reduce burnout, and improve workflow efficiencies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Current RN license required.
• Proven experience in managing service delivery and clinical implementations.
• Deep understanding of telehealth and virtual care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide health systems on best practices, optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations of hellocare’s platform from deployment to support.
• Onboard clients, customize workflows, accelerate go-lives.
• Track KPIs and milestones for smooth transitions and service delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams, incorporate client feedback.
• Build long-term relationships with health system clients as trusted advisor.
• Continuously optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of telehealth standards and regulations.
• Resolve delivery challenges cross-functionally with urgency.
