Job summary

hellocare.ai is seeking a visionary Chief Clinical Officer to lead clinical strategy and AI-enabled care across our platform. You will report to the Founder and CEO, partnering to shape product direction and drive enterprise-scale transformation.

The CCO will oversee care delivery models, safety outcomes, and regulatory alignment while expanding relationships with major health systems nationwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree required (MD, RN, MSN, DNP, or equivalent) and strong clinical leadership.
• 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience at executive level.
• Deep understanding of health system operations and scalable care delivery models.
• Experience with virtual care, telehealth, or digital health transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven clinical decision support.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead hellocare.ai’s clinical vision across inpatient, outpatient, and home care.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and scale AI-assisted clinical workflows.
• Build executive relationships with health system leaders and drive enterprise adoption.
