The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of hellocare implementations for our customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all customer stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and operational leaders, and is accountable for ensuring deployments are executed smoothly, on time, and in alignment with hellocare’s delivery methodology. The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery and is fully accountable for planning, progress, communication, risk management, and overall delivery outcomes across the delivery lifecycle.
