Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking an Implementation Manager for Providers to lead end-to-end deployment of our voice AI platform within health systems. You will translate contracts into go-live programs, configure workflows, and ensure deployments align with clinical and operational needs.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams, travel as needed, and build scalable onboarding processes that drive faster, repeatable implementations across diverse provider

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services with health systems
• Deep fluency in health system operations and workflows
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise deployments with 60–120 day timelines
• Hands-on experience with provider IT environments, security questionnaires, and EHR integrations
• Strong PM and process documentation, playbooks and templates across provider types

Responsibilities

• Own use case deployments end-to-end from contract signature to go-live, serving as the primary project lead
• Build and maintain Implementation Charters documenting timeline, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists
• Configure use cases for deployment including dialer setup, agent configuration, data population filters, routing logic, and workflow integration
• Coordinate with health system data and IT teams for data files and EHR integrations
• Project-manage across health system stakeholder teams including clinical operations and IT
• Design agents that fit into clinical workflows and drive measurable outcomes
• Define and refine HAI's standard onboarding process for providers and build reusable templates
• Hand off to Customer Success at go-live with complete deployment documentation
