Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Engineering Operations to supervise day-to-day repair, preventive maintenance, and service activities of in-house CE technicians at Swedish and Skokie Hospitals.

The role requires an Associate's degree (or equivalent), 5 years CE experience with multiple medical equipment classes, and 3+ years in a lead role, plus strong budgeting and regulatory knowledge. This is a full-time daytime position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics, CS, or Biomedical Equipment Technology is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years CE experience with multiple classes of medical equipment.
• 3+ years as a lead or supervisor in a technical environment.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; self-driven.

Responsabilités

• Manage budgets for equipment inventories valued between $99M and $275M.
• Oversee Biomedical and Imaging service FTEs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and medical staff to improve operations.
• Identify issues and escalate with actionable recommendations.
• Design and direct team work; coach and develop staff; manage performance.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethical Conduct and organizational policies.
