Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem in Skokie, IL seeks a Business Analyst, Clinical Engineering to design and maintain Power BI dashboards that translate CMMS and asset data into actionable insights for PM completion, uptime, and cost of service.

You will own CMMS data integrity and partner with CE leadership, site managers, and the Business Office to deliver recurring reports, benchmarking, and capital planning analyses. A data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
• Typically 5 years in data management or analysis with Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience with healthcare data systems and CMMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for CE leadership and site managers.
• Extract, transform CMMS and asset data to identify trends and measure performance.
• Perform data quality checks and reconcile records to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and automate recurring operational and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and present CE data to leadership with narrative and forecasts.
• Build the capital-replacement data layer for five-year planning inputs.
• Benchmark CE performance against standards and identify improvements.
• Maintain data connections, document KPI logic, and ensure compliance.
