NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking a Business Analyst in Clinical Engineering to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and CMMS data analytics. The role focuses on PM completion, uptime, work-order productivity, and cost-of-service, supporting CE leadership and site managers.

Responsibilities include data extraction and transformation, data quality checks, and regular regulatory reporting. You will help drive capital-replacement planning and benchmarking against standards, with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Typically 5 years in data management or analysis.
• Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Healthcare / HTM / CMMS data experience.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for CE leadership and site managers - PM completion, work-order backlog/turnaround, uptime, repeat-failure, and COSR.
• Extract, manipulate, and transform CMMS and asset data to calculate trends and measure program performance.
• Quality checks; audit, clean, and reconcile records and nomenclature.
• Develop and automate recurring operational and regulatory reporting on a defined cadence.
• Present CE data to leadership with narrative and quantitative reports and forecasting.
• Build the capital-replacement data layer feeding the five-year plan.
