Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst for Clinical Engineering to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that transform CMMS and asset data into actionable insights. You will support PM completion, uptime metrics, work-order productivity, and cost-of-service analysis for CE leadership and site managers.

You will own CMMS data integrity, perform data quality checks, and develop recurring reports. Collaboration with CE leadership and cross-functional teams is essential.

Competenze

• Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience extracting and transforming CMMS and asset data to identify trends.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for CE leadership.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for CE leadership and site managers—PM completion, backlog, uptime, COSR.
• Extract, manipulate, and transform CMMS and asset data to calculate trends and measure program performance.
• Perform data-quality checks to ensure CMMS data integrity and audit records.
• Develop and automate recurring operational and regulatory reporting on a defined cadence.
• Present CE data to leadership with narrative and quantitative recommendations.
• Build the capital-replacement data layer feeding the five-year plan.
